All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding official public holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location. Mela works with a third-party shipping company that is responsible for delivering your order.
Shipping Terms & Important Notes
- Orders may be opened and inspected only while the courier is present.
- You may refuse delivery and return the shipment while the courier is present. In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.
- If you accept part of the order and return some items, an additional return shipping fee equal to the original shipping charge will apply.
